Right now in spring, the vegetable patches are full to brimming with fresh, delicious vegetables and herbs. We want to take advantage of the opportunity to give you a little taste of the kind of scrumptious dishes that await you here near the Dolomites in our hotel’s restaurant. Our recipe tip for May: wild garlic pancakes with kohlrabi and cream cheese filling. They’re super quick and easy to prepare and taste wonderfully aromatic and fresh. Simply whip up the normal pancake batter that you usually make for your family and season it with fresh, chopped wild garlic, then use it to make lovely, round pancakes. For the filling, cut one to two kohlrabi bulbs into small cubes, sauté them in a little butter, and then season them with parsley and herby cream cheese. Finally, fill your pancakes with the kohlrabi cubes, and your spring meal is ready! Our mouths are watering just thinking about it!
