The Adlernest is located in beautiful, unspoilt Val Senales/Schnalstal, very close to the ArcheoParc. In a new look, our family hotel in Val Senales/Schnalstal offers a first-class family ambience with modern, family-friendly rooms and suites, relaxation rooms, kids’ area on 220m², Tesla charging station, yoga and fitness room, and a new pool. Young and old alike can expect an exciting leisure programme, childcare, and culinary delights in the Gourmetstube Serafina.

  • 2-course gourmet menu: from South Tyrolean specialities to Mediterranean dishes
  • Culinary highlights and theme evenings once a week: sweet temptations in the form of dessert buffets, Chill & Grill barbecues with giant smoker (in summer), Mediterranean pasta buffets, and much more
  • 1x week welcome aperitif for getting to know each other
  • 2x week live music and events (table magician, fire show, etc.)
  • Kids Club with entertainment for children from 3 to 12 years: Under the professional supervision of Fini – at least 5 days a week – children play, paint, do handicrafts, and explore nature.
  • In winter: From Monday to Friday pick-up service at the ski school (at 12.30 noon), followed by supervised lunch as well as fun and games until 9 p.m.

  • Visit to the family's own stable with hares and sheep
  • Small petting zoo in our own stable
  • Adventure days in the ArcheoParc Schnals or in the high ropes course (in summer)
  • Baking biscuits and tobogganing for children (in winter)
  • Teen room with PlayStation, Wii, darts, air hockey, and table football
  • Breakfast buffet for children
  • Lunch with a warm children’s meal and salad buffet
  • On request, dinner together with Fini at the children's table or children's meals at the parents' table
  • Free rental of baby buggies, baby phones, changing mats, baby bathtubs, and baby carriers
  • Cuddly children’s bathrobes
  • 2x week guided family hikes
  • 1x week climbing for children as well as for teens and adults
  • 2x week live music and events (table magician, fire show, etc.)
  • 3x week yoga with Annalisa (reservation required)
  • In summer: 3x week guided excursions with hiking guide and host Armin, e.g. to the “Gfolltrina” hotel pasture at 1,900m above sea level with on-site “Spaghettata”
  • In winter: free ski bus to the ski lifts 9km away (bus stop directly in front of the Adlernest), extensive activity programme (torch-lit hike, snowshoe hike, and much more)
  • Deluxe bathing fun in the heated “Million Colour Pool”: an indoor pool in winter and outdoor pool in summer
  • Unwinding in the “Venusoase” wellness area with Finnish sauna, Tyrolean parlour sauna, aroma steam bath, mountain pine bath, infrared cabin, hot whirlpool, relaxation rooms
  • Large fitness and yoga room incl. course programme
