Great new hotel

It is an amazing family hotel. It was opened couple of weeks before our arrival, but we had no hiccups for the time we were there.
The kids zones are incredible. There are slides all over the hotel which adults also use for fun! The spa area is incredible both for kids and adults.
The kids club program is extensive and very interesting for our 6 and 8 year olds.
Beautiful building that is very well integrated into the nature.

Winter Holiday with Magic in Tirol

We started the correspondence with the Reservations Department long before our arrival at the Hotel. We always received quick answers to our questions and suggestions for solutions related to the planned stay. We received support particularly in choosing the right place for the ski equipment rental, getting a ski instructor for our kids or for example receiving the ski pass for the region.

The hotel is Compact. I do not like spending time in "holiday factories" so I appreciate the way it has been designed. The architecture of the entire complex refers to the traditional Tyrolian style of houses. The whole area inside and outside is beautifully decorated, which means that walks, especially in the evening, give a lot of relaxation.
