A hike to the “Drei Brunnen” near Trafoi is magical. Its water is said to have healing properties. Nobody knows for sure whether the wooden prostheses are evidence of miracle cures. But they are impressive.

Would you like to admire the glacier from a new perspective? Swim in the creek with bears and marvel at the yaks of Reinhold Messner. On the cultural promenade in Sulden you can do all this. If you want to go high up, take the cable car and hike to the Schaubach hut.

Forests, meadows, rugged rocks, rubble areas, perpetual ice, wild rivers – on the Naturaronda at the end of the valley of Sulden you can get in touch with nature and its forces. This very special adventure trail takes you to the heart of the Stelvio National Park.

Did you know that... On the Prader Sand nature experience trails you will get to know the "Kultur"pine forest, the wild river landscape at the Suldenbach, and the "Prader Sand" dry meadow on three routes. At the 18 interactive stations you will learn a lot about the forest, wild river, dry construction, and irrigation of the crops.

In Hintermartell you descend into deep gorges while hiking with children in South Tyrol. Through the Plima gorge at the foot of Monte Cevedale an impressive path with ladle, sickle, pulpit, and suspension bridge gives you deep insights into this natural wonder.

Fun is guaranteed on the Gumperle forest animal trail near Agums. At 15 stations exciting tasks and tests await you. Can you make out the birdsong, lift the deer antlers, crawl through the roof tunnel, or climb the woodpecker hill? We are curious!

All that glitters is not gold – not even in the Goldsee Lake near Trafoi. The easy but impressive panoramic path leads you from the Stelvio Pass to the Cima Garibaldi/Dreisprachenspitze, the Goldsee Lake and the Furkel hut, from where you can reach Trafoi either on foot or by chairlift.
